PAYMENT
Payments are made through my card link ( No fee!! But US only ). But if it's easier for you, You may also pay through Ko-Fi OR PayPal. Just let me know! Just the link is easier for me to receive money directly to my card!!Please do not send any money before I've confirmed. If no payment is given I will not start on anything/continue.You may pay EITHER WAYS like (Please let me know which way you're paying):> Paying after a confirmed sketch.

REFUNDS
Refunds are allowed at anytime, but the amount of refund will vary depending on the stage of the commission:
Sketch: 90%
Lineart: 70%
Flats: 50%
Shaded/Unfinished Details: 10%A full refund will also be given if I'm unable to complete your commission.
MAILING COMMISSIONS
Mailing is available if you choose you want your commission to be mailed to you!
If you selected "No", mailing is still an option for you if you ask and shoot me a message. I will STILL ask you if you want it even if you say NO in the form, just to completely confirm.
!!Anything that happens to your commission in the mail (such as tears, damage, missing, or unreceived etc) is NOT my responsibility. I do not run the post office (Seriously) and I do not have any control over what happens to it. Though, I can say from my previous commissions, all my clients have received their mailed commissions (So far US, and Indonesia, but just reminder I ship internationally). !!
Please let me know if you received/NOT received your mailed commission.
Unfortunately, I also cannot provide any refund if your commission goes missing, damaged, etc. (since I have already paid for shipping, bought stamps). I will take pictures of the packaged commission and the envelope I'll send it in, to ensure you of proof it is not my fault nor responsibility.
PACKAGING: Drawing will be secured by backing (Bristol or watercolor paper, taped), and a bubble envelope (Envelope has bubble wrap inside). This can vary as well depending on your commission, sketches might be laminated because to prevent smudging of the pencil (This is optional and will be discussed, but HIGHLY recommended ; these will also not have backing due to the laminate being hard enough).
Currently, there is NO TRACKING. I'm still trying to figure it out, but so far everything have gotten through smoothly with just stamps!
ORDERING & PROCESS
DM me for any commission interest!!! I respond fastest through Discord, Twitter and Instagram.I have the permission to decline any commission request/character. If I request you to send me a different character to draw, please do so...Once we have discussed about the commission throughly, I will tell you when to send the payment ( after the sketch and confirmation ).
WORKSPEED
I currently do not work with deadlines, I do everything by myself and have my own things to work on in real life. Thank you for understanding!Please do NOT rush me and be patient...You may ask for progress reports however you like.I will work on your commission whenever I can. I often will switch to draw other things to keep motivation and stuff, so please understand that.Even with my workspeed, I regularly will give updates and make sure that I finish!
CORRECTIONS
I'll only allow edits during the sketch, especially if it's traditional art. For digital commissions, minor edits are okay. (missing placement, color corrections etc.) Though, after 3 corrections, correction fee will apply at $5 each. Larger edits such as missing wings or tails etc. Will cost additionally as well.Make sure to fully confirm at once what you want to be changed, it is more efficient and will be a lot more helpful at once.Lastly, I do NOT accept any change of sketch redo/pose change/switching characters for your commission. If you really want to, a +40% fee of the commission price will apply.
PERMISSIONS
Clients have no control on how I decorate and take photos of their commission.
Please do NOT redistribute my illustrations or use my illustrations for profit. Unless it's your own bought commission and paid commercial fees.
Please do NOT take heavy inspiration/copy/steal my illustrations and original characters.
Please let me know if you want to edit my works beforehand.
You may use my illustrations for your profile pictures, headers, etc. But you must give me proper credit.
Do NOT repost my works. If you do repost, PLEASE GIVE ME PROPER CREDIT.
I do waiting lists and pings for commissions, but please make sure you have the money ready if you want to be notified/be on the list!
COMMISSION USES
COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Which means:
- You are able to use your commission for banners, profile pictures etc. Just make sure you have credit me some where in your bio etc!
- You may create merch of it if it's only for YOURSELF and NOT for resale. Such as prints and keychains.
IF FOR COMMERCIAL USE, please let me know before hand. Additional fees will apply and they will not be negotiable:
- Streaming uses: Additional 50% fee from your original commission.
- Merchandise uses: Please negotiate with me personally.
